Holland Park Circle of Artists
Leighton House is one of London's hidden treasures. Built for the artist and President of the RA, Frederic, Lord Leighton, it is both architecturally and artistically interesting.
Sunday, 25th July, as part of the Kensington + Chelsea Festival, a knowledgeable tour guide will take a group on a free walk around Kensington for insights into the art, wealth, tastes and social standing of the group of successful late Victorian artists known as the Holland Park Circle.
The walk starts outside Leighton House, 12 Holland Park Rd at 11am and finishes at 12.30pm outside Sambourne House at 18 Stafford Terrace W8.
