Pensioners offered weekend holiday to escape Carnival noise

The Council is offering some older residents living in the Notting Hill Carnival footprint the opportunity to go to beautiful and calm Eastbourne over the Carnival weekend. GetWestLondon The council has been running the scheme for 16 years and this year's closing date for applications is 20th July via Age UK.
