Norland Conservation Society
The local Norland Conservation Society is here to protect and enhance the character and historic features of the Norland Conservation Area. Under the chairpersonship of Libby Kinmonth is does amazing work, reviewing and commenting on planning applications every week, lobbying and working with council members, officers and representatives of other authorities such as Thames Water, The Great London Authority, TfL, English Heritage, local churches and other religious bodies. It also works with developers, house owners and their architects. Membership is £20 a year, though over 65s pay just £10. Link to it's website HERE
